Being able to just “be” at the moment can yield some crazy emotions from anxiety to deep sadness. I’m working hard to stay positive and focus EVERYDAY on what I’m grateful for; instead of focusing on the negative. I’ve stayed away from the news completely and just adored the extra time I’ve been blessed to spend with my daughter. I am so grateful for my beautiful home that kept me safe and warm. For the internet that’s kept me in touch with all my friends and family and so many more awesome things that make my life AWESOME! Dealing with keeping the house in order, school work done, child entertained, staff consoled, the anxiety of whether family and friends are safe and oh, work - we can’t forget the most important thing; our full time jobs. What a crazy thing this is 🤔 But we’re all in this together and we have to band together and support each other through the tumultuous times.
